2. Never change the engine oil
Mini excavator oil plays a particularly important role in construction machinery. Many maintenance personnel attach great importance to it and add it in full compliance with the specification requirements. However, many maintenance personnel forget to check the oil quality of the small excavator and replace the deteriorated oil. Failure to change the engine oil for a long time will cause many parts of the engine to operate in a poorly lubricated environment, causing wear far beyond normal conditions. In addition, a large amount of dirt will enter the engine oil during the operation of the diesel engine. If the engine oil is not changed regularly, it is easy to cause accidents such as burning tiles and stuck shafts.
3. The cylinder liner and piston products of the small excavator are not installed together.
During maintenance, many maintenance personnel believe that new products must be standard parts. Therefore, when facing new cylinder liner and piston liner products, the specific size is often not taken into account, resulting in inappropriate matching of the excavator cylinder liner and piston liner products. In many cases, this may lead to poor performance. If a larger cylinder liner is combined with a smaller piston, the gap between the two will be too large and the compression will be low.
4. The mini excavator uses open flame to heat the piston
When installing the mini excavator piston pin, the mini excavator piston must first be heated and expanded. For convenience, many maintenance personnel use open flames to heat directly. However, due to the uneven thickness of the various parts of the piston, heating with open flames will cause uneven heating and may cause deformation.
